1. Find a new beginning. New Years, Months, Weeks or Days. Shower every morning to cleanse you from the previous days stressors.
2. Find someone special. Someone to confide in, someone to bring you up when you feel down.
3. Find comfortability. In your home. In your work. In a favorite café/ restaurant. Somewhere that's a safe place to settle in and take a break.
4. Find a special food or drink to splurge on when you really need it (mine is most likely an overly expensive latte).
